Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026
1. Scope
This policy covers two separate things: (a) the a-quarium.com marketing website you're reading now, and (b) the A-quarium software itself, which you install and run on your own infrastructure. They handle data very differently, so we describe each separately below.
2. The a-quarium.com website
This site is a static website with no accounts, forms, or tracking cookies. It does not run analytics scripts. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) are generated by our hosting provider, Cloudflare Pages, as part of normal operation.
Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which may receive your IP address as part of that request. If you email us (e.g. [email protected]), we'll use your email address only to respond to you.
3. The A-quarium software
A-quarium is self-hosted. It does not send telemetry, usage data, or any other information to external servers. Licence validation is offline, via a signed licence file that works air-gapped. Your data - issues, boards, documents, user accounts, everything - stays entirely on your own infrastructure and is never transmitted to us. We simply have no access to it.
4. Your rights
Since A-quarium doesn't collect your organisation's data, requests to access, correct, or delete data processed by A-quarium should go to whoever administers your own instance - not to us. For anything related to this website or your interactions with us directly (e.g. an email you sent us), contact [email protected] and we'll respond promptly.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and website evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
