1. Acceptance of these terms
By using the a-quarium.com website or licensing the A-quarium software, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or software.
2. The software
A-quarium is licensed, self-hosted software. You run it on your own infrastructure under a Free, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise licence, billed per user, monthly or annually. Licence terms, included features, and pricing are described on our Pricing pageand may change from time to time; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes to paid plans.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the software or website to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for resale, or circumvent licensing controls of the product.
4. Your data
A-quarium is self-hosted - data you create in it lives on your own infrastructure, and you retain ownership of it. We don't have access to it and aren't responsible for its backup, security, or retention; that's on your own infrastructure and its administrators.
5. No warranty
The website and software are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as explicitly set out in a signed Enterprise agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or software.
7. Governing law
